If I decide to return my Eurail pass, can I receive a refund?

Passes are refundable minus 15% penalty within six months of issue date, providing all documents are returned and pass is completely unused. No refunds are given for passes once they have been validated/partially used. Refund penalty applies immediately once pass is purchased.

In the event of a major itinerary change directly affecting the use of your pass, passes may be exchanged for a pass of equal or greater value within six months of the issue date of the pass.
